1. Services Provided
Cleaning Genie offers specialist cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Biohazard cleaning
- End of tenancy cleaning
- Trauma and crime scene cleaning
- Hoarding clean-up
- Deep sanitation and disinfection
All services are carried out by trained, certified, and insured professionals in compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
- Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service if we believe it poses an unreasonable risk to our team, or if access is restricted or unsafe.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated).
- Payment is due on completion of the service, unless prior arrangements are made.
- We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, debit/credit card payments.
- For larger or commercial jobs, a deposit or upfront payment may be required.
4. Access & Property Requirements
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that safe and reasonable access to the property is provided at the scheduled time.
- In cases involving severe biohazard or hoarding, an on-site risk assessment may be conducted before work begins.
- We may require utilities such as water and electricity to be available on-site for some services.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
- While we take every precaution to carry out our services to the highest standards, we shall not be liable for:
- Any pre-existing damage to property or items
- Damage caused by hazardous or unstable environments
- Loss of income or profits due to service delays or cancellations
- We are fully insured for public liability
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking
- Disclose any known hazards (e.g. asbestos, sharps, animal infestations)
- Remove personal or valuable items prior to service (unless otherwise arranged)
Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation.
7. Intellectual Property
